About CPRS

Mission

Our Mission is to Provide Personalized Pathways to Quality Living and Independence.

Vision

Through support and education, our agency provides services so that individuals needing our help can live a life filled with independence and equity.

Our History

Founded in 2015 by Josh Billingsley and Skylar Bruner, Creative Pathways began our mission by providing supports to a single individual in Brookfield. Since, we have expanded to providing services to over a dozen individuals in Brookfield, Marceline, and even Kirksville. In establishing our agency in north central rural Missouri, we’ve helped individuals move back to their home region and helped others make our rural area their home.

Since our humble beginnings, we’ve expanded services from Individualized Supported Living to include Host Homes and Supportive Employment Services. Creative Pathways has grown through the care that our staff provides and the support of our local community. We look forward to continuing to serve individuals in our community and surrounding area with the intention to provide supports to every individual who may need our help.

In 2020, we purchased a new building in Brookfield to develop into our new office space and the future home of our Day Program. Not too long after, we lost our original office in a fire, forcing us to relocate into a temporary space. In January of 2021, we were able to move into our new office space at 111 E. Boston St.
